The San Carlos Dos Cooperative

For the last eight years, the San Carlos Dos Farming Cooperative has used “water-smart” Blue Harvest agricultural practices to improve the yield, quality and price of their coffee harvest, protecting the Cerro Cacahuatique river, improving their quality of life, and ensuring access to safe, clean drinking water to nearby communities.
